How to Work the Portals!!

We hear everyday about how this or that company had their email hacked and how customer data was acquired by this hack!! We at Dash want to reduce or eliminate this threat to all of our clients so we have initiated a portal transfer system. The portals that we use met or exceed all government and IRS security regulations, so you can be sure that your data and that of your vendors, banks, and employees is safe.

So we know that at first glance the portals can be confusing so we have a break down of what they are and how to use them.

The first portal and most common is the Bookkeeping portal. This is for our bookkeeping clients to upload and access files and information. To use this portal you just click on the link on the client services page and it takes you to the login page. Enter your Username and password and then submit to enter your account. You will also see on the login page a Guest exchange, if you don’t have an account or for some reason cant access your account you can upload files to us here. Once logged into your account you will see 2 folders on the left side, to and from preparer. If you are sending files to us use the to preparer if your looking for files from us click the from preparer. When you click on to preparer you will see an upload button activate just click that and then locate the files to upload. We are notified when new files are uploaded so no need to notify us.

The other portals work in similar ways but are specific to annual income taxes and payroll. See below for pictures of the login to the portals.
